Dr Arthur Phlorides
Arthur graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy as well as additional qualifications in dry needling and myofascial cupping. Arthur’s passion for the human body, movement and sports related injuries instilled his commitment and dedication to improving the general health and wellbeing of patients within the community.
Arthur adopts a holistic, patient centred approach to treating and provides individually tailored management plans which are centred around injury prevention, recovery and providing patients with the knowledge to achieve optimal body function. Arthur incorporates manual therapy and various osteopathic manipulative techniques within his tailored management plans to achieve the best possible outcome.
These osteopathic techniques include:
- HVLA manipulation and joint adjustment
- Muscle energy technique (MET)
- Deep tissue massage
- Myofascial release
- Dry needling

Outside of work Arthur is very enthusiastic about the health and fitness industry and spends his spare time improving himself through strength and hypertrophy training at the gym. Arthur is also a passionate Carlton supporter and plays for his local football club on the weekends.
