Meet Physiotherapist Ben Whyte

Ben Whyte
Ben began his physio journey at Federation University, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and building a strong foundation of evidence-based, academic training that he brings into every session with his patients.
Ben’s treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and soft tissue techniques to provide effective symptom relief and restore comfortable movement from the very first appointment. He balances this hands-on care with evidence-based rehabilitation, designing progressive, safe strength and conditioning programs tailored to each patient’s functional limits and goals — whether that’s returning to sport, managing an acute injury, or working through a long-term condition.
Ben has a particular interest in supporting patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility spectrum disorders, offering tailored care and joint stability tracking alongside symptomatic relief. He places a strong emphasis on patient education, taking the time to explain what’s going on so patients feel confident navigating their own recovery.
Ben believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy care, dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their physical health and recovery, not just relieving pain but helping patients achieve their long-term goals.
Outside of the clinic, Ben is an avid cyclist who regularly commutes on two wheels and loves exploring the Melbourne City Trail. When he’s not on his bike, you’ll likely find him around the table with friends for a game of Dungeons & Dragons.
