Revive Physio can be found on Duke Street, which is just off Millers Road. You can enter Duke Street either directly from Millers Road or via McArthurs Road.

The clinic is next door to the post office and across the road from Borrack Square – these landmarks can make it easier to find our clinic!

Revive Physio has onsite parking at the back of the building. Enter via our driveway and it will take you to the carpark!

Physiotherapists are primary care practitioners which means that you don’t need a doctor’s referral to attend. There are some exceptions to this…see the information found on our WorkCover, DVA and Medicare EPC pages!

Depending on your pain or condition, your physiotherapist may contact your doctor or other health professionals to ensure you are receiving the appropriate assistance you need for your recovery

Please bring any referrals, paperwork or scans such as X-Rays, Ultrasounds and MRIs related to your condition that you feel may be important for your physio to have.

Initial physiotherapy appointments are 45 minutes, whilst subsequent appointments are 30 minutes. Longer follow up appointments are available if arranged with your physiotherapist prior to your consult.

Paediatric physiotherapy appointments are slightly longer. Initial appointments are 60 minutes, whilst subsequent appointments are 45 minutes.

Yes, we offer HICAPS on the spot claiming and EFTPOS facilities at Revive Physio. HICAPS supports most health insurance funds, however please refer to for more information.

Note: To claim on the spot health rebates, you must present your health insurance card at the time of payment. Alternatively, an invoice can be issued to allow for self-claiming through your private health provider.

Please wear loose fitting clothing that will allow access to and movement of the injured or painful areas. This allows for better assessment and therefore better understanding of your current pain or condition.

As we do not have any on-site reception staff, there may not be anyone to greet you when you arrive. We will leave a registration form on the counter for you to fill out and will be with you shortly.

We understand that life happens and things can change in an instant, however please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled without the required notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50, payable prior to your next appointment. (Please be aware that this fee is not covered by 3rd parties in the event that your physiotherapy is not privately funded.)
